Our Chinese-based site, Net.cn, has a different back-end system from en.hichina.com. If you need our VIP English service, please purchase the service directly through en.hichina.com.
2. How do I change my service to VIP English account manager?
Please send an email to English@hichina.com to submit your request and you will need to pay an extra cost of US$31 to switch to our English interface.
The steps are:
1.To register your member account at http://buy.hichina.com/userlogon/user_logon1.asp;
2.To to make an advance payment by different methods here: http://en.hichina.com/English/payment.asp;
3.To give us your current account password at Chinese interface (www.net.cn) and the encrypted answer.
Please email the above info to english@hichina.com as well, the whole process will take 2 working days.
3. Can I register a .CN domain?
Unfortunately, under the new Registry policy, the .CN top-level-domain is only available for Chinese Companies.
4. Can we make monthly payments?
Currently, we only accept annual payment plans.
